We recently visited Garg Indian Kitchen in Truganina and tried a few of their Indian fusion dishes.

We had the Cheese Pav Bhaji, Paneer Tikka Tacos, and Veg Frankie. All three were fresh, flavorful and nicely presented.
The Cheese Pav Bhaji was cheesy and comforting. The Paneer Tikka Tacos had a nice fusion twist with spiced paneer filling. The Veg Frankie was packed with fresh vegetables and balanced seasoning.

What stood out here was the variety. The menu has a creative Indian fusion style, so it feels a little different from the usual Indian restaurant menu while still being familiar enough for a casual meal.
A small note
Since it is part of a servo, the outlet is small and the seating is more like a casual cafe. I did not mind that, but it is good to know before going.
The food was tasty, but a little on the oily side for us. Next time, I would ask them to make it with less oil.
Overall, it was a satisfying visit and a good spot to try something a bit different in Truganina.
